1. Gong Con - there will be a who's the boss tournament on Sunday the 30th of March. I do not yet know how much it will cost, whether food will be provided or any other important details. I'll make them public as soon as I do.
2. I am committed to getting minions off the ground as soon as the shamblers come out. Until then I am going to learn to Kromac. I suck at Kromacing but with practice I predict that I will suck slightly less.
3. Stryker3 - Looks interesting... kind of. Someone really wants to see Storm Lances played. Reform is actually a really good ability for them or at least it would be if he had a way to keep them alive. Considering he has Iron Aggression and Escort you are probably going to want to put arcane shield on one of your warjacks. Probably the Stormwall. He's different though so that's something.
4. The other Vengeance casters - Goreshade is below the power level of the top cryx casters but there are things he does that I think will let him see play. Issyria is amazeballs and so is Butcher3. Protectorate and Mercs to come. I don't have high hopes for Reznik but for the merc caster...
5. Random speculation - going on the record to say I think there is going to be a Cephalyx merc contract. There will be a big annoucement at templecon, I have no actual useful information but I am a master of wild speculation. A lot of people are thinking new hordes faction since Convergence came out last year but last year was the 10th anniversary of Warmachine and next year is the 10th anniversary of hordes. I'm predicting hordes faction next year, mercs this year.
6. Scars of Caen: Charsaug will be running at the Guild through all through March (and maybe April because of the fortnightly meetings). Rules are not up yet but I will have links up here as soon as available.
I was thinking that we should play some league games, rather than just steamroller'ing over each other. So I approve of point 6.
