I think it might be a troll with spiny growth. Which would be both awesome and not broken. Trolls already have the +2 ARM from the earthborn animus so it's not really giving the trolls anything they don't already have but lets them do that without Janissa. The tongue has to do something. No way they sculpt something that prominent without including it in the rules.
Could be a blight troll? Looks like its evolved being near Legion stuff
